Feathr Forms offer a simple, embeddable way to collect information from web visitors in order to store in your Community database, expand your email coverage, and add new contacts. Visualizing data associated with a form is as easy as viewing the form's report. Continue in this article to learn how.
What is in a Forms Report?
When viewing a Forms report, you will see a preview of the form, as well as metadata associated with the form, such as:
- When the form was last published
- When the form was last edited
- When the most recent form submission was received
The Forms report, like all Feathr reports, contains an activity summary. In Forms, the activity summary reports on:
- Number of form views
- Number of form submissions
All Forms reports also contain an engagement table, which is a table of all the people who have interacted with the form. This is sortable by interaction type, which is views and submissions. This reports:
- The name of the person who interacted with the form
- Their interaction type
- Their interaction date and time
The engagement table shows views and submissions from the last 30 days. To view form submissions over all time, navigate to your Community database and create a filter set combining the following two filters:
- Form IS name of form
- Activity Type IS Submitted form
How do I view my Forms Report?
Once a form is published and has had interactions (views or submissions), the report becomes visible when navigating to the form. You can get to your form by navigating to the Project it is in, then in the left side menu to Content > Forms.
You can also view specific forms from the person record of anyone who has interacted with that form by clicking the form in their activity feed.
Forms can also be viewed by applying filters in the Community database. Learn more about using the Community database for Forms here.
