Whenever you create a new email campaign, the email design (AKA template) is saved in the Project under Content > Templates. The template is specific to that Project, so in order to use the template again in a different Project, you must turn it into an Account template.
Make a template available account-wide so you can utilize it in any Project:
First go to the original Project where the email campaign was created, and navigate to Content > Templates. Click on the From Campaigns tab at the top left.

Find the template and click the Options button next to the template (three dots). Then select Duplicate as saved template.

Click on the Saved Templates tab at the top left, then find your cloned template and click the Options button next to the template. Select Make Account Template to make the template available account-wide and available to use in any Project.

Please give your account template a distinct name that will be recognizable when you want to add it to a campaign. Click into your template, then click Edit and navigate to the Metadata tab. Update the name and save your changes.
