You made awesome marketing collateral for your Partners, they started sharing it, but how do you know how well your Invites campaign is performing? Your Invites Campaign Report has detailed information on overall campaign activity, template performance, and Partner participation.
Summary Report
The first section you'll see when you click on a Published Invites campaign, is called Report. There are several configuration options at the top of the report. First, choose a Live view or select a date window. Next, configure the report to choose which sections are visible. Learn more about how to share Feathr reports in this article. Take a look at the first section of the report, and read about each metric below:
Views: Total number of times your Landing Pages, Emails, and/or Banners have been seen during the campaign, and average views per person and average views for each conversion
Clicks: The total number of clicks on your Landing Pages, Emails, and/or Banners, and CTR (Click Through Rate)
Unique Clicks: The number of unique people who clicked on your Landing Pages, Emails, and/or Banners
Reach: The total number of unique active people who have viewed your your Landing Pages, Emails, and/or Banners
The Activity Heatmap illustrates where your collateral are being shared around the world.
The Activity graphs display views and clicks of your Templates: Ads (Banners, not any paid Ads you might be running in other campaigns), Emails, and (Landing) Pages.
The Activity Breakdown shows the top ten sites where your Landing Pages, Emails, and/or Banners are being seen. This looks a little different than an Ads Campaign because the most common site is typically l.feathr.co; this is the domain where Landing Pages are housed. Other common sites will be pages your Partners are sharing your Banners and email providers they used to send Emails.
Conversion Value: Combined value of Conversions according to the value of the corresponding Goals.
Conversions: Total number of people who achieved a campaign Goal, and what percentage of the overall Goal segment that the campaign influenced
The Conversions table displays each person who reached a campaign Goal, and details which Template(s) they saw and which Partner(s) shared. More specific info on each Conversion is available by clicking the arrow next to Show in the Timeline column and the Details button.
The Leads table displays important information about any leads captured by your partners' collateral. A lead in this context is defined by anyone who has filled out a lead capture form that collects name, email, etc. in your published and shared collateral.
The Daily Stats table displays campaign activity by day, and can be exported as a .csv file for further analysis. Note, Invites Campaigns do not have any associated Spend or Costs.
Partner Stats is a table offering information about the performance of your partners as they interact with your collateral. It displays, name, views, clicks, number of conversions, and rank of your active partners. In this context, "rank" rates your partners by how engaged their audience is with the collateral they are sharing.
Templates Report
The Templates Section of the report displays total number or views and clicks for each Template used in the campaign. Clicking the Options drop down allows you to make edits directly to the active Templates.
Partners Report
The Partners tab features a partner engagement funnel at the top of the page that summarizes which actions your partners have taken so far. Click the button with the eye icon to show a table of the partners in each stage of the funnel. Click the plane icon or Message partners button to customize a Partner Message to the selected partners. This a a great way to celebrate the partners who are driving conversions or nudge the partners who have not visited their dashboard yet.
