What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Feathr uses Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your login and account information. MFA is an industry standard method of securing access to your online accounts by requiring not just a username and password to access an account, but a second method as well.
You can opt in to using MFA to log in to your Feathr account. Read below for more instructions.
How to turn on MFA for your Account
Note: this setting is available to admin users only. If you are not an admin in your Feathr account, send this article to the admin of your account.
To enable MFA, log in to your Feathr account, then use the left menu to navigate to Settings > Account > Users & Roles. Then select the Authentication tab on the top of the page.
Check the box labeled Require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users.
Then click Save Changes.
Note that this is an account-wide setting. Therefore, it can be switched on for all users in your account, or none, but not on a user-by-user basis.
