Feathr Invite campaigns feature customized collateral that your Partners can share to promote your event, and the Partner Dashboard is how they access them. From their unique Dashboards, each Partner can edit the information that populates their collateral, download their materials, and see their leads. We recommend adding yourself as a test partner to preview the settings as you work.
Adjust your Partner Dashboard Settings from your Project. Navigate to Partners, then select Dashboard Settings.
Note, these settings will apply to all Invites campaigns under the same Project.
Content Settings
First, add your event logo/image, background color, and welcome text. These will create the heading that all Partners will see in their dashboards. The Partner Dashboard header image should be 2250x300 pixels or less.
Next, select whether you want to display each Template name and view/click stats to your Partners.
Data and Privacy
If this box is not checked, your Partners will not be asked to share their contact list data with you if they upload contact lists through Feathr to send their emails, and those lists will not be shared with you (or anyone else).
Customers with Data Services might choose to check this box. If checked, your Partners will be asked if they would like to share their contact lists with you when they upload them. If a Partner opts to share their contact list data, you will have access to those contacts in your Community section as a new Group called "Invite List-PartnerName."
Partner Dashboard Tiles
In this section, you select which tiles are accessible in the dashboard.
The Info Tile allows your Partners to add or edit the custom information that gets pulled into their collateral. This can be an easy way to allow Speakers to add a headshot to their Landing Page without requiring you to wrangle photos or make sure Sponsors have the most current logo! Partner logos should be no larger than 300x300 pixels. There are several default fields that you can edit, and you can add any additional fields used as merge variables across your templates. If you check the Disabled box, the field will be viewable by your Partners, but they can not edit the information shown. If you Delete the field (by clicking the trashcan), the field will not be viewable to your Partners.
Note, if deleted fields are included as merge variable in your templates, they will still appear.
Next, you'll select template Tiles. Remember, these settings apply to all Invites campaigns in your Project, so check off the tiles for each collateral type you include across any campaign.
If your Landing Page templates includes a Form submission to collect name, email, or occupation, be sure to check the Show Partner Leads Tile. This allows your Partners to view submissions from their dashboard and download their leads as a .csv file. A lead is defined as anyone who submits a form on an Invites collateral.
If you have added a custom domain to your Feathr account, you may also select your custom domain to host your Partner landing pages.
As the Feathr user, you will see all partner leads displayed in your Invites report, as well as a table containing information about which of your partners are generating leads. This is a quantifiable way of demonstrating value and engagement.
As always, don't forget to save your work! Changes can take up 30 minutes to take effect. You can preview the Dashboard by selecting View Dashboard from the Options menu of a Partner.
