Historical Geofencing restrictions in the United States
Due to various State laws regarding data and privacy, there are certain places that cannot be used as a target in Historical Geofencing campaigns.
States that cannot be used in Historical Geofencing:
- Connecticut (Connecticut Data Privacy Act)
- Oregon (Oregon Consumer Privacy Act)
- Virginia (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act)
- Puerto Rico
