Feathr's integration with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT allows you to connect your existing Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT account to your Feathr account. Using this integration, you can automatically sync certain constituent and gift data from your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT account to your Feathr account.
With a successful integration, if a synced field is updated or added in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, that change will automatically be made in Feathr, too. This allows you to maintain consistency across the constituent info you keep in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT with the marketing you do in Feathr, as well as improve your targeted marketing in Feathr by capitalizing on key data you have in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.

How to Integrate
Start by logging into your Feathr account. Navigate to Profile & Settings in the lower left hand menu, then to Integrations. Find the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT integration tile on that page and click it.
Next, you'll see the integration page:
Begin by clicking Connect Blackbaud.
This will take you to the Feathr app on Blackbaud's app marketplace. You will be prompted to log in to your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT account (if you're not already logged in). Next, click connect on the left side of the page.
A message will appear describing the data access Feathr will have to your Raiser's Edge account. Click Connect again.
You will see a confirmation that confirms the connection. Click Get Started with Feathr, or close the window.
You may also see another message in Raiser's Edge that states Feathr would like to access your Blackbaud data. If you see it, click Authorize.
Those are the only steps required to connect Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT with Feathr. Once the connection is complete, the page will be refreshed to display the data mapping options and you will be able to begin mapping data fields.

Syncing Donation Data
If you're using Feathr Fundraising, the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT can be used to sync donation data that comes through Feathr Fundraising forms. To sync this data, while setting up your integration, navigate to the Activities/Actions tab of the integration page and begin by choosing a fund.
Clicking select a fund will bring up a connected list of your account's existing funds:

Syncing Historical Data
It is important to note that Feathr's integration with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is forward looking only. This means that only mapped data that is created or changed after the integration is connected will be automatically synced from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to Feathr.

Subscription Preferences
Under the Manage Unsubscribes tab in the integration, you have options for what to do when a contact unsubscribes from within a Feathr email. You can opt to make no changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, check the Requests No Email box in the constituent record in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, or choose from your available solicit codes. Selecting Add solicit code to constituent will display a dropdown list of solicit codes. The action you choose will be recorded in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT when the contact unsubscribes.
One-Way Sync
Except for subscription management and donation data, Feathr's Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT integration is one-way only. It is intended to keep Feathr up to date with data in your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT account, using NXT as the "source of truth." No data syncs from Feathr to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. That means if you change person/constituent information in Feathr, it will not change in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
