Growth Credits are earned when donors provide Outreach Support through Feathr Fundraising. You can use these credits to fund marketing campaigns, pay down invoices, or purchase services from partners in our marketplace.
This article tells you how to redeem your Growth Credits, what you can use them for, and how to submit a redemption request.
Redeeming Growth Credits
Growth Credit redemptions are currently handled by our Customer Success team. Growth Credit redemption will soon be a user-selectable feature in the Feathr app, but for now, here's how to redeem:
Contact your Customer Success Representative by emailing customersuccess@feathr.co with the subject "Growth Credit redemption request."
What to include in your request
To help us process your redemption quickly, please include:
- Your organization name
- Your Feathr account name, if different from your organization name (this can be found in the upper left hand corner of your Feathr account when logged in)
- Redemption category: Media Budget, Feathr Invoice, or Partner Marketplace Package
- Number of credits you'd like to redeem (or the USD amount you want to apply)

Plus one of the following, depending on your redemption category:
- For Media Budget redemptions: the project name where the media budget should be applied
- For Feathr Invoice redemptions: the invoice number you'd like to apply credits toward

For Partner Marketplace redemptions:
- Partner name
- Service package name
- Any related order details
What happens next
Once you submit your redemption request, your Customer Success Representative will:
- Confirm your available Growth Credit balance
- Process your redemption
- Send you email confirmation once the credits have been applied
What can I redeem Growth Credits for?
Growth Credits can be redeemed in three ways:
Media Budget – Apply credits as media budget within a project to fund your campaigns
Feathr Invoices – Apply credits toward an open invoice balance
Partner Marketplace Packages – Apply credits toward eligible service packages delivered by Feathr partners
Growth Credits conversion rate
Growth Credits convert to USD at the following rate across all redemption categories:
$0.01 per credit (or $1.00 per 100 credits)
Example: If you redeem 50,000 credits, you'll receive $500 in value:
50,000 × $0.01 = $500

When will I be able to do this myself from my Feathr account? Feathr Fundraising is in early access stages right now, with more features constantly in development. User-redeemable growth credits are expected in Q1 of 2026, and all accounts using Fundraising will be notified when it is available.
