Growth Credits are earned when donors provide Outreach Support through Feathr Fundraising. You can use these credits to fund marketing campaigns.
Redeeming Growth Credits
Growth Credits are redeemed through the Growth Credits Dashboard.
The Growth Credits Dashboard is your command center for managing marketing credits earned through Feathr Fundraising. The dashboard shows your accumulated balance, tracks which donation forms are generating the most credits, displays your redemption history, and provides the interface to convert credits into prepaid media balance for your advertising campaigns.
Access the dashboard by clicking on the Growth Credits icon on the main navigation panel on the left side of the page:

Note the Redeem Credits button at the top right of the page.
What can I redeem Growth Credits for?
Growth Credits can be redeemed in three ways:
Media Budget – Apply credits as media budget within a project to fund your campaigns
Feathr Invoices – Apply credits toward an open invoice balance
Partner Marketplace Packages – Apply credits toward eligible service packages delivered by Feathr partners
Growth Credits conversion rate
Growth Credits convert to USD at the following rate across all redemption categories:
$0.01 per credit (or $1.00 per 100 credits)
Example: If you redeem 50,000 credits, you'll receive $500 in value:
50,000 × $0.01 = $500
