Fundraising Dashboard Metrics
Your Fundraising dashboard serves as the central hub for tracking donation form performance. For each form, you can view:
Form-level metrics:
- Total donations raised – Cumulative donation amounts collected through the form
- Tips earned – Total Growth Credits generated from donor tips on the form
- Form completions – Number of successful donation transactions
- Form views – Number of times the form was displayed to visitors
- Form status – Whether the form is active, disabled, or in draft
These metrics update in real-time as donations are processed, giving you current visibility into fundraising performance.

To do this, from your dashboard view. select Export as CSV in the upper right of the screen, then make the required selections in the modal that appears. The exported spreadsheet will be emailed to you when it has processed.

At the top of your Fundraising dashboard, you'll see:
- Total tips earned across all forms – Cumulative Growth Credits from all donation activities
- Stripe connection status – Whether your payment processing is properly configured
- Forms count – Number of active donation forms in your account
This high-level view provides a quick snapshot of your overall fundraising program performance.
Person Record Donation Data
Individual donor information is captured in person records within your Feathr account. For each donor, you can view:
Donation activities:
- Donation form viewed (with timestamp)
- Donation form submitted (with timestamp and amount)
- Which specific form was used
- Date and time of transaction
Person details:
- Name
- Email address
- Donation date
- Form source
- Attribution data
This person-level data integrates with Feathr's Groups functionality, allowing you to filter and segment donors.
Transaction Feed
The Fundraising Dashboard includes real-time summary metrics and a comprehensive, customizable transaction feed so you can monitor your donation activity as it happens — no refreshing required.
Summary Metrics
At the top of the dashboard you'll find two headline numbers: Total Donation Volume and Total Growth Credits Earned. These update automatically as new donations come in, so you're always looking at current data.
Below the summary metrics, a transaction table shows one row per donation, sorted by most recent first. Core columns of Donation Time, Donor Name, Donation Amount, Growth Credits Earned, Donation Type, and Donation Form are always visible. When a new donation is processed, an animated notification appears at the top of the table without disrupting your current view.
You can customize the table further by toggling additional columns on or off:
- Donor Address
- Phone Number
- Payment Method
- Transaction ID
Donor names in the table link directly to their record in your Community Database, making it easy to jump into stewardship workflows without losing your place.
Search and Filtering
Use the donor name search to find specific transactions in real time, or narrow your view using any combination of the following filters:
- Donation Form: multi-select to compare activity across multiple forms
- Donation Type: filter by one-time, recurring, or all donations
- Donation Date/Time: choose from predefined date ranges or set a custom date picker
Exports respect your active filters and search parameters, so what you see is what you get in the download.
Individual Fundraising Form Reports
Feathr's Fundraising Forms are more than just collection tools. Each of your forms has its own dedicated report, giving you the metrics and donor engagement data you need to understand what's working, where donors are dropping off, and how to optimize your fundraising efforts over time.
Accessing a Donation Form Report
To view the report for a specific donation form:
- Navigate to Fundraising from the left-hand navigation.
- Select Forms to view your list of forms.
- Click on the name of the form and your report will load.
Performance Metrics
At the top of your donation form report, you'll find seven summary metrics broken into two rows. Here's what each one means:
Total Views: The total number of times your donation form was loaded. The sub-label shows Unique Viewers, which counts individual people rather than total page loads — so if the same person visited your form three times, that counts as 3 views but only 1 unique viewer.
Form Completions — The number of times a donor successfully submitted the form. The sub-label shows your Completion Rate — the percentage of total views that resulted in a completed donation.
Total Donations — The combined dollar value of all donations received through this form. The sub-label shows the Average Donation, which is the mean gift amount across all submissions.
Conversion Rate — The percentage of views that resulted in a donation, shown alongside the raw count of donations from views. This gives you a high-level sense of how effectively your form is turning visitors into donors.
Outreach Support Credits — The total dollar value of marketing credits earned through donor tips on this form. The sub-label shows how many donations contributed a tip that was converted into credits.
Recurring Donations — The combined dollar value of donations where the donor opted into a recurring giving schedule, along with a count of those donations.
One-Time Donations — The combined dollar value of single, non-recurring gifts, along with a count of those donations.
Trends
Below the summary metrics, the Trends section visualizes your form's performance over time across three tabs:
Views & Engagement — A line graph plotting total views vs. unique viewers over the selected date range. Current and previous period data are overlaid so you can spot patterns and compare performance at a glance.
Donations — Two side-by-side charts: one tracking total donation dollar amounts over time, and one tracking donation count. Both compare the current period against the previous period so you can see whether your form's fundraising momentum is growing.
Breakdown — A simple table showing your Donation Type Distribution — how many donations and how much total revenue came from one-time vs. monthly donors during the selected period.
Donation Form Engagement
Below the Trends section, the Donation Form Engagement table lets you view a list of people who interacted with your form, filtered by interaction type. Use the Interaction dropdown to select which group you'd like to see:
- Viewed form — everyone who loaded your form during the selected period
- Viewed, no donation — people who saw the form but didn't complete a gift (a great audience for follow-up campaigns!)
- One-time donations — donors who completed a single gift
- Recurring donations — donors who signed up for monthly giving
The table displays the count of unique people for whichever interaction type you have selected, and each person listed links directly to their record in your Community Database.
