Feathr is a team of helpful people who love serving our customers, and we have your back when you get stuck. Sometimes it's tough to know how to find the answer to your question or who to contact, so learn about your options below.
Self-serve Resources
The fastest, easiest way to find the answer to your question at any time of day is through our help and training documentation.
The Help Desk is a searchable resource with how-to articles and best practices. If you're reading this, you've already made it here! Many articles also feature in-app screenshots and videos.
The Feathr Academy is available to all Feathr customers on-demand. The lessons guide you through every feature of Feathr in plain language. Each module explains each feature clearly and offers step by step instruction.
Product Support Team
If you encounter a bug in the app, get an error message, or something's just not working correctly, the Product Support team is there for you! They can also connect you to the right Feathr team member if you have questions about billing or other license inquiries.
In-app Chat is available during Feathr's business hours (subject to change, currently Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern). Click the Chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the app to reach a Support Representative who can provide live troubleshooting of any technical issues you encounter.
Send an email to support@feathr.co outside of business hours or any time you don't need an immediate reply. Alternatively, after 5pm ET the in-app Chat button will change to "Support" and allow you to send a message to the support inbox, so you will get the fastest reply once the team is online.
Custom Training
If your Feathr license includes custom training with a live Onboarding Specialist, you will receive guided onboarding for the beginning of your Feathr contract. Your Onboarding Specialist will reach out to schedule your onboarding. Additional custom onboarding packages may also be purchased separately, depending on your license tier.
Managed Services
If your Feathr license includes campaign management services, your campaign manager will actively reach out to begin that process. If you have questions about your service package, reach out to your Pro Strategist or Campaign Manager directly with questions.
Customer Success
If your Feathr license includes access to Customer Success, once you graduate from onboarding, you'll be introduced to a dedicated Pro Strategist or our CS Pro Team for ongoing guidance for your Feathr campaign and marketing strategy, helping you get value out of your Feathr license. Accounting
