The Feathr Super Pixel is a powerful tracking tool that captures and records visitor interactions on your website. The Super Pixel is a code snippet you can find in app, and the instructions below will guide you in placing it successfully. Additionally, new Feathr clients can follow the in app instructions to successfully place their Super Pixel.
1. Navigate to the Super Pixel page in the Feathr app.
On the Navigation Menu on the left side of the screen, navigate to Community, then Super Pixel.
Then, click on the button. A text box like the one below will appear.
Click to copy the entire code snippet.
- Paste the Super Pixel on all pages of your site you wish to track.
- The most dependable place to put the code is in the as high in the <head> of the page as possible. If your site employs a Universal Header, we recommended pasting the code in that section to allow for automatic inclusion on all pages.
- Do not place the Super Pixel in an iframe.
- Once the code is in place, if everything is set up correctly, the Super Pixel Status should turn active within 1 to 24 hours, depending on your site traffic.

Which pages should I put the Super Pixel on?
You should put the Super Pixel on any (and every) page of your website where you would like us to track audiences.
We recommend putting the code snippet on any pages related to your event, association, and any digital publications you own whose site visitors might be interested in attending, sponsoring, or joining.
It is also important to place the Super Pixel snippet on your event registration or new membership confirmation page so that we can accurately track conversions.
You may need to contact your registration vendor, CRM, or other form vendors to have them place it.
How will I know if the placement was successful?
Once the code is in place, if everything is set up correctly, the Super Pixel Status should turn active within 1 to 24 hours, depending on your site traffic. See image below for an example of an active tracking code snippet.
