You can move campaigns between Projects to reorganize your campaign structure or correct initial project assignments. This article explains which campaigns can be moved, how to move them, and important limitations.
Which Campaigns Can be Moved?
Draft campaigns - Campaigns that have never been published or launched
Completed and fully paid campaigns - Campaigns that finished running and have been completely billed with all invoices paid
You cannot move:
- Active or running campaigns
- Paused campaigns with unbilled spend
- Recently completed campaigns with pending billing
- Invite campaigns (any state)
- Landing Page campaigns (any state)
- Monetization campaigns (any state)
These restrictions prevent billing complications and technical issues while addressing the most common reorganization needs.
How to Move Campaigns
- Locate the campaign on the Marketing page campaign table:
- Click the three vertical dots on the campaign's row to open a menu, then click the Move button:
- Select the Project you wish to move the campaign to.
Note that billing history will remain within the original Project that the campaign was published within. Reporting statistics will migrate to the new Project.
