The error "RedirectDomain matching query does not exist" can occur when adding a form to a Feathr landing page. This error stems from a mismatch between your Feathr landing page domain and Feathr form domain.
Feathr landing pages automatically utilize a default domain setting, l.feathr.co, to generate your landing page URL.
Feathr forms automatically utilize your authenticated domain. If you do not yet have an authenticated domain in Feathr, see this article for next steps: Connecting a Domain to your Feathr Account.
How to Resolve
Updating your landing page domain will resolve the error, and allow you to add your form to the landing page. Please follow these steps to update your landing page domain settings:
- Go to the Project where your form and landing page are both located.
- Once you're in the correct Project, select Project Settings > Project Information.
- In the Project Information page, you'll see the Landing Page Domain setting at the bottom.
- Select your authenticated domain, and then Save.
- Navigate back to your landing page template and attempt to add your form again.
- If you're still seeing the error "RedirectDomain matching query does not exist," please refresh your page and try again.
Other Considerations
Updating your landing page domain settings will update the domain on every landing page in your Project, affecting the URL. If you have pre-existing landing pages already using the default domain, l.feathr.co, you will need to update any sources where the landing page link is live.
Alternatively, you could create your new landing page and form in a different Project, to avoid altering the URLs of your pre-existing landing pages.
