When an organization first logs into their Feathr Lite account, they will be greeted with an in app onboarding guide meant to help new organizations set up everything, from audience activity tracking to setting up email. Our Feathry mascot, Pixl, will guide you through each section.
Each of the three main sections, Set up your Account, Publish your first ad campaign, and Publish your first email campaign, will open up a set of smaller tasks required to complete that section. You must complete every task within a section to move forward to the next. Each task is simply explained--even if you are not the most tech savvy person at your organization, you should be able to understand and complete these tasks.
When you're finished, you'll have tracking set up on your website, you'll be able to run digital ad campaigns, and you'll be able to send marketing emails to your audience, among other things!
