The Feathr product team pushes out new features, improvements, and bug fixes several times per month.
These are the improvements and fixes we've made in February.
✔ Update: Edit Custom Partner Data
Now you can edit the Custom Data you've imported without having to reimport the Partners you need to update. You can edit the information by locating the Partner under the event and click 'Edit Partner'.
✔ Update: Set Default Social Text when setting up Referral Campaigns + Social Sharing from the Referral Dashboard
You can set the default social text that appears when a Partner shares their Referral Material through the Partner Dashboard including Twitter hashtags.
✔ Update: Export Partner Dashboard links directly from the app!
You can now export your Partner Dashboard links directly from the Feathr app, no need to email your Customer Success Manager and wait. You'll find the option by going to 'Partners' under the related event and clicking the arrow next to 'Add Partner'
✔ Update: Metadata and Dynamic Content for Templates
Select which text and images display when your Partners share the referral materials on social media by setting the Metadata on the template. You can also now create and edit Dynamic Content Countdown Timers to add to your templates.
✔ Update: Map Partner Data during import
We've updated Partner Imports so that you map Partner data during the import process. This removes the step of contacting your Customer Success Manager after import because the list begins processing immediately and completes within minutes, saving you time.
✔ Select which Partners participate in Referral Campaigns
Now select which Partners should be included in your Referral Campaigns. Referral Material will only be created and added to the Dashboards of the Partners you select.
