You can send messages to your Partners directly from Feathr throughout your Invites Campaign to share Partner Dashboard Links and encourage participation.
There are two ways to begin:
Option 1: Navigate to Messages under the Partners area of the left Project navigation, and select Messages.
Option 2: Navigate to the Partners tab from within the Invites Campaign Report, and select a group of partners to message based on campaign activity.

Either option will then launch the same Partner Message Wizard. Read on for a preview of each step, and look for notes about features added to Feathr's new UI.
Name:
Give the message a descriptive name so you can find it later.

Campaign (Optional):
Choose a campaign. This affects the message in two ways. First, it filters the partners you can select to receive the message in the following step to only include those that are participants in the chosen campaign. Second, it lets you use campaign specific merge content, such as landing page links, in the message editor. This step is optional.

Recipients:
Choose which partners will receive the email. Available partners are on the left, selected partners are on the right. You can now move individual partners by clicking multiple partners in the list and clicking the single arrow buttons, or you can move all partners in the list (after filters) by clicking the double arrow buttons. You can filter each list by name, tags, and active/inactive status. If you don't pick any partners, the message will go to all partners in the project (or all partners participating in the chosen campaign from the previous step).

Message Details:
Design your email and email metadata. You can fill in a reply-to email address so when people reply it goes to that email address instead of partners@feathr.co. You also must provide a "Friendly" name for the sender of the email - this is the name that will show up as the sender in an email client. You must also provide a subject line. The subject line can use merge variables just like the message itself (e.g., @PARTNER_NAME@ will become each partner's name). Finally, you can customize your message-- a default template is provided, but you can use the Change Template button to change the template to a different example or a template you have previously customized.

Note: The template editor is now wider and easier to edit!

Schedule:
Choose when your message will send. Note: You can now also select a time, which is shown in UTC.

Review:
Review and publish your message.

Note: You are now able to Cancel sending the message until the send date and time.
