Accessing the Contact Record
To begin, log in to your Feathr dashboard. Navigate to the Community section, where all audience members are listed. Search for the person you wish to unsubscribe by entering their name or email address in the search bar to locate their individual record quickly.
Adjusting the Contact's Subscription Preferences
- Open the contact’s profile by clicking on their record.
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab.
- To unsubscribe from all future emails, check "Unsubscribe from all." To unsubscribe from specific projects, uncheck any project that they should not receive future emails from.
- Click "Save" in the bottom right of the record.
