Your Dashboard is the first page you see when you log into Feathr. It holds your total active audience size, the data points from all those users, and your total number of segments. It also gives you insight into the interactions taking place with your campaign creatives, as well as type of device used to view them.
Active Audience: This is the total number of users who have engaged in some way with one of your digital properties. The graph below shows the total number of users who have viewed a page or interacted with an ad in the past 30 days.
Data Points: This is the number of times your audience has engaged with one of your digital properties. It includes clicks, views, ad clicks, downloads, and form submissions. It counts each interaction that each member of your audience has taken, so this number will often be much larger than your audience. The graph below data points shows the touch points between a user and one of your Feathr properties over the past 30 days.
Segments: This is the total number of segments you've made in the Segments section. The New Audience graph below this section shows only additions to your audience on a particular day, in the past 30 days.
Interaction Types: This show you the percentages of what types of interactions your audience had with one of your Feathr properties (views, clicks, etc.), over the past 14 days.
Platforms: This shows you what types of devices your users were using when they interacted with one of your digital properties (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.).
Activity Stream: The Activity Stream shows all of the actions to-date taken in your Feathr account. You can see who took the action based on their email used to login, and what took place--like the creation of a landing page, a campaign launch, or a new email list uploaded. You can click "Show More" at the bottom of the Activity Stream to see all actions performed, dating back to the account creation!
