There is a plethora of ad sizes available across the web and different platforms like mobile versus desktop, so while this article is by no means meant to be comprehensive, it is intended to be a guide to help you determine which Creative sizes to include in your Ad Campaign.

Web Banners

Universal Ad Package Compliant Sizes
The Universal Ad Package is a set of four web banner creative sizes that are accepted and available almost universally across the web. We highly recommend including these sizes in your Ad Campaign. The sizes are (in pixels, width x height):

  • 300 x 250
  • 160 x 600
  • 728 x 90
  • 180 x 150

IAB Rising Stars
The following creative sizes are gaining popularity across the web and as they're less frequently available, they make an impression when they're seen. The sizes are (in pixels, width x height):

  • 970 x 250
  • 300 x 600
  • 300 x 1050
  • 970 x 90

Mobile Banners

Smart Phone Mobile Sizes
One of the stats you can see in Feathr is what platforms your prospects are on most, desktop or mobile for example. If a visible percentage of your prospects are interacting with your website on their mobile devices, you'll want to include mobile banner sizes in your campaigns. The sizes are (in pixels, width x height):

  • 320 x 100
  • 320 x 50

Geofence Campaign sizes
Because Geofence campaigns target people on their mobile devices and tablets, you should only use creatives that will appear on those size devices. The best Geofence creative sizes are listed below. The sizes are (in pixels, width x height):

  • 320 x 100
  • 320 x 50
  • 728 x 90
  • 300 x 250

Video Creatives

You can now serve video creatives through Feathr by uploading video creatives that meet the following specifications:

File Size:
The maximum file size of each creative that can be uploaded to Feathr is 200MB. Otherwise, you'll get an error when trying to upload!

File Format:
Feathr accepts .png, .jpeg, and .gif files for creatives.

Common Questions

Why isn't my creative uploading?
You may be getting an error when uploading a creative if it's not a supported size. Be sure to double check the size of the ad to make sure it's one of the sizes mentioned above.

Where do I add my Facebook creatives?
If you're launching a Facebook campaign, make sure you've selected '+ Add Facebook Campaign', and not '+ Add New Campaign'. Follow the steps for launching a Facebook campaign, and you will be directed to upload your Facebook sized creatives, just like you would in an Ad campaign.
