Disclaimer: Ad campaigns can only be duplicated into the same targeting type of campaign. For example, Email List campaigns can only be duplicated as another Email List campaign not a Retargeting campaign.

Duplicating an existing Ad Campaign saves you time and hassle by having Feathr copy and fill out previous campaign information for you into the Campaign Wizard. From there, you can easily review and flight your new campaign!

Duplicating an Ad Campaign

  1. Once you're logged into Feathr, find and click on the 'Events' section on the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Event the campaign you want to duplicate is associated with.
  3. Navigate to the 'Ads' tab, find the campaign, and click on the drop-down menu next to the 'Details' button.
  4. Select 'Duplicate'.

Creating Your New Ad Campaign

Once you've duplicated your campaign, you will be directed to the Campaign Wizard.

Feathr does all the hard work for you by copying everything except your creatives and the start and end dates of your campaign. All you need to do is tailor that information to fit your new campaign.

Tip: Campaigns from one event can be duplicated and used under a different event by updating the drop-down menu under 'Events'.

Common Questions

When does it make sense to duplicate an Ad campaign?
There are a few good reasons why you would need to duplicate a campaign. First, because Feathr currently does not allow you to extend a campaign once it has ended, you can save time and effort by duplicating and then flighting the campaign again. Another reason could simply be that you really like how a campaign is set up and you want to apply the same setting to a different event.
